Greater Purpose Consulting
With Greater Purpose Ventures came Greater Purpose Consulting. This consulting practice is where Joshua provides CXO services to companies running on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System). In other words, Joshua would personally serve as coach and multi purpose fractional work to clients. Some sample roles include marketing, finance, sales, technology or overall operations.
These fractional executive roles are meant to plug into any business that isn’t quite ready for a full time person in that role, but really need that seat filled to continue to grow. They all come with an EOS background and/or have been trained on the framework.
The Core Target for Greater Purpose Consulting is “1,000 Greater Purposes by 2034”, which means helping people and organizations achieve major milestones that serve a greater purpose.

Back in 2013, Joshua founded Rock Paper Simple, a Brand Agency that is recognized and respected by the Melbourne community. Rock Paper Simple works with companies that have reached a pivotal moment and transform their brands for where they are going, not where they are now. It’s not a goodbye to the old brand- rather a natural continuation of the successes that allowed you to get to where you are today. One that allows for your future growth and has the capacity to remain true to who you are as a brand while adapting to a changing market.

Space Coast Creative Center
Joshua is always looking for ways to give back to his community and loves empowering others. When the Rock Paper Simple went fully remote, he reached out to the marketing and arts communities in the area and created the Space Coast Creative Center (SC3) in that office space.
SC3 is a collaborative coworking hub and vibrant community for marketing professionals, artists, freelancers, and creative minds… and the Rock Paper Simple office was perfect for this group since it was designed for creatives!
The space offers shared workspaces, meeting rooms, and professional studios built to spark creativity and help the members’ businesses to grow. SC3 Members have access to coworking desks, exclusive events, and networking opportunities. SC3 also features a 1,250 sq ft video production studio and a podcast studio. With flexible memberships and rental add-ons, it’s the perfect place to connect, create, and thrive in a supportive community.

Mendx Studios
After years of collaboration on commercials and marketing projects, Joshua and his partner, Justin Snyder, founded Mendx Studios because they believe in the transformative power of storytelling. This venture is now their brain child that pools their collective experiences in film and business together to share meaningful stories.
Together, they strive to create films that leave lasting impressions on their audience, spark conversations and drive positive change. They have filmed several projects such as the Breakthrough Documentary (a mental health documentary that you can check our here) and are currently working on Butterflies Chase Me film (that you can learn more about by clicking here).

Mendx Legacy
Mendx Legacy was born out of a heartfelt desire; a desire for families to have the opportunity to connect with their heritage told in the authentic voices of their loved ones. This studio offers a one of a kind service for recording and writing down the stories of your loved ones into formats that are meant to share for generations: video, writing, and pictures.
There is a profound impact that personal narratives can have on individuals and communities. The mission is to ensure that the invaluable wisdom, experiences, and memories of our loved ones are recorded, cherished, and passed down to future generations.
Breakthrough Documentary
Breakthrough: A Mental Health Journey, is a documentary following several real stories and experiences surrounding mental health. This project was taken on by Joshua and his team at Mendx studios to spread awareness around the mental health crisis that exists in America.
The purpose of this film is to show the importance of mental health to every American. With a desire to make an impact and change lives, Josh Painter, Bobbie Dyer, Justin Snyder, and Joshua Adams partnered to create a film that visually told the story of mental health in America. With the help of our investors and Mendx Studios, we put together a documentary that will educate people and bring real positive change to the way Americans view mental health.
Butterflies Chase Me
This feature length Christian movie project has brought together two of Joshua’s passions: community and film making. Butterflies Chase Me is inspired by the true interaction of New Life Mission’s CEO and a little girl. It has become more than a film, but a dedicated project to bring awareness to the work, impact and future of New Life Mission as it works to help homeless mothers and their families have a new start in life.
This is a story of healing and new beginnings. 50% of this film’s revenue will be given to New Life Mission as unrestricted funds. These funds will support the continued mission to transform the lives of homeless women with children in a Christ-centered environment.
