Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Reports To: Founder
Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy full-time Administrative Assistant to manage the daily operations of Space Coast Creative Center (SC3) and support Greater Purpose Ventures. This onsite role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our coworking and creative space, managing bookings and technology, and providing essential administrative and project support to the founder.

Space Coast Creative Center (SC3): A brand new community of creatives with a coworking space in Melbourne. The space is 5500 sqft and includes coworking desks and seating, meeting spaces, studios for rent, and more, bringing together marketing professionals, artists, freelancers, and creative minds to thrive together and create a more vibrant Space Coast.

Pay: Starting at $15/hr
Responsibilities:
- Front Desk & Member Services at SC3
- Greet and assist members and visitors, providing a friendly and professional first point of contact.
- Answer and direct phone calls, handling inquiries and scheduling appointments as needed.
- Assist members with questions, light tech support, and other co-working space needs, maintaining high levels of customer service.
- Manage member onboarding, including giving tours and explaining membership benefits and guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date information on members and the directory.
- Facility Management & Maintenance at SC3
- Ensure meeting rooms, bathrooms, and common areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the day.
- Conduct facility checks and arrange for repairs or maintenance as required.
- Monitor and restock supplies in coffee areas, bathrooms, and other common spaces.
- Technology & Booking Management at SC3
- Set up and manage center technology, including booking and scheduling software.
- Take and organize studio and meeting room bookings, ensuring efficient use of resources and space.
- Provide basic troubleshooting for technology-related issues within the center.
- Administrative Support
- Handle Basic Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) tasks for SC3 and GPV.
- Process incoming and outgoing SC3 mail, and assist with data entry and organizing documents.
- Process incoming mail for SC3 members, placing in member slots.
- Provide general administrative support to the founder, including scheduling, emails, and document preparation.
- Run errands for the center and founder as needed.
- Light Project Management
- Assist with project management for center efforts, founder-led projects and founder consulting services, tracking timelines and deliverables.
- Help coordinate events, workshops, and member gatherings.
- Community Engagement & Social Media
- Organize and manage member communications, such as newsletters or event reminders.
- Capture photos of events and daily activities to share on social media.
- Assist with posting and managing content on social media for the center and the founder.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn and manage new systems and software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable transportation for running errands and performing offsite tasks.
